The cocktails and desserts here are just magnificent, as is every table being able to look over or down at water (just don't drop anything off the table!). The restaurant is simple and understated but the food, service, location and ambience are in a league of their own. You know you are truly on holidays when you go to On The Inlet for a beer or cocktail at happy hour, have a bucket of prawns and watch the boats all come back home as the sun goes down over the mountains.
